U9s at the Memorial Stadium

The under 9 rugby boys were selected to represent Clifton College in a Tag rugby match at The Memorial Ground as a curtain raiser to Bristol versus Worcester (the last home match for almost two years).

Fielding two teams, the Clifton boys were extremely excited about playing on their field of dreams. Both teams shone showing some dazzling passes and evasive footwork creating some memorable tries.

After their matches the boys were lucky enough parade Bristol rugby flags around the pitch, form the tunnel for the players to run out of and even meet Brizzley the bear.

It was a day for the players to remember not only for the rugby match but also for the honour of leading the Bristol team out on their last home match at the Memorial Ground before it gets a face lift.

Well done to all the boys for playing hard and representing Clifton College to the highest standards.
